The Gulf Coast Havanese Club offers educational services to both the general public as well as to Havanese owners. Those educational services include both formal as well as informal Meet the Breed events, Havanese play dates, seminars and demonstrations covering topics such as conformation handling, grooming, obedience, AKC rally, agility, therapy dog programs, and presentations on health related topics. Check the upcoming events section of our website for more details about future events and locations.

Havanese Club of America - the only AKC parent club for the Havanese breed; site include health information, breed information, training information, etc.
Havanese Rescue Inc. - currently the most active 501(c)3 rescue group for our breed ; site offers adoption information, volunteer information, etc.
Gulf Coast Havanese Club yahoo group - an e-mail list maintained for GCHC members; lots of fun conversations, useful information and networking; subscription to the group is required and is limited to existing club members

Onofrio - dog show superintendent for the majority of the dog shows in the GCHC area
